Croton Guarantee

Croton watches are backed with an ironclad warranty that covers all manufacturing and mechanical defects. This warranty does not cover free repair or replacement of cases, batteries, watchbands, dials, crowns or crystals within the warranty period due to normal wear and tear of daily use.

All of our Croton watches come with a written warranty, registration card and operating instructions. Each timepiece is carefully inspected to insure that you receive a watch that is perfect working order. This is one of the many reasons Croton has been in business since 1878.

. In the rare event that you receive a watch that has been damaged or possibly defective, simply contact us and your watch will be replaced at no charge. You will also receive a pre-paid U.P.S. call tag for returning the original item. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new Croton watch.
